If you have a child with disability, it is important for both you and your child to have access to dependable, high quality respite care.
Being a carer can be hard work, so it’s vital that you have a break and look after yourself. Our Children’s Respite Service gives you the opportunity to do that. It also gives your child a new experience where they can mix with their peers, have fun, socialise and develop or learn new skills.
Sunshine’s Children’s Respite is offered on a flexible basis. It is available to carers of a child with disability aged 5 -19 years who live with the Nepean and Cumberland Prospect local planning areas in Sydney. Our services are based on your family’s specific needs and we can offer options that suit you best.
